What You'll Do:



  • Deepen Partnerships: Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across matrixed enterprise accounts, seamlessly navigating complex procurement environments to foster lasting collaboration.
  • Drive Consultative Growth: Uncover client priorities, strategically position Aquent's differentiated solutions, and actively pursue expansion opportunities through disciplined account execution.
  • Deliver Compelling Stories: Lead high-impact client presentations, business reviews, and strategic discussions with confidence and clarity, articulating value and vision that resonates at all levels.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner effectively with internal teams including Recruiting, Operations, Marketing, Product, and Legal to design and deliver seamless, tailored client solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Optimize Performance: Manage your portfolio like a dynamic business, meticulously balancing growth, profitability, and overall client health to ensure sustained success and mutual benefit.
  • Lead with Data & Tech: Leverage market data, financial metrics, and AI/automation tools to drive smarter decisions and significantly improve client outcomes, setting new standards for efficiency and impact.
  • Solve Problems at Pace: Act swiftly and decisively to resolve challenges, remove operational bottlenecks, and maintain stellar client retention rates, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.


What You'll Bring:

Required Qualifications



  • Enterprise Growth: 5-10 years of consultative B2B sales experience, demonstrating consistent achievement in a fast-paced environment.
  • Matrix Navigating: A proven track record of growing large enterprise accounts, adeptly navigating procurement-led sales cycles, and influencing C-suite stakeholders with confidence.
  • Tech-Forward Execution: Demonstrated experience using data, financial metrics, and modern technology/AI tools to optimize sales effectiveness and drive measurable results.
