THE ROLE: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced on-site Executive Assistant to support the Corporate Vice President of Product, Software & Solutions Marketing and the senior leadership team within the organization. This role is a key business partner responsible for helping a geographically distributed leadership team operate efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will manage executive operations across multiple leaders, including complex calendaring, travel coordination, staff meeting logistics, customer engagement support, communications, and administrative processes. This role requires exceptional judgment, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment. THE PERSON: You are a highly capable executive support professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about helping leaders and teams achieve their goals. You anticipate needs before they arise, manage multiple priorities with accuracy and urgency, and build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization. Known for your sound judgment, discretion, and ability to remain calm under pressure, you proactively solve problems, drive execution, and enable leaders to focus on strategic priorities. You are equally comfortable supporting senior executives, coordinating across complex organizations, engaging with customers, and partnering with other executive assistants to ensure seamless operations and exceptional business support.
