Summary:

The successful candidate will bring experience working within healthcare environments and supporting clinical service arrangements, including professional service agreements that enable clinical operations, academic programs, and other mission-based activities. This role is well suited for someone who has partnered with physicians and clinical leaders and understands the unique considerations involved in provider-based services.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
  2. License/Certifications: ABA-approved paralegal certificate or other comparable legal experience preferred
  3. Experience: Three years of experience reviewing, negotiating, drafting and managing contracts preferred
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Microsoft Office

The pay range for this position is $77,147.20to $104,353.60per year.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
