Cross Border is a key pillar of Visa's 2030 strategy and one of the largest growth opportunities for Visa. Equally, it faces many complex and interesting challenges, touching all areas of the business, including product, pricing, legal, regulation, marketing, client engagement, and partnership development.

As a Senior Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and development of our cross border business through initiatives focused on issuers, merchants, and end-consumers that deliver cross border travel growth and value creation specifically focused on Travel. You will be specifically thinking about how Visa becomes synonymous with Travel across our B2B Partnerships globally existing and new.

The successful candidate will work on innovative strategies that enhance our cross border travel value propositions and effectively target our global customer segments. By leveraging market insights, customer analytics, and competitive intelligence, this leader will develop and implement strategies across product, loyalty, offers, benefits, consulting marketing services, and key customer segments. This role will interact extensively with regional, market, and product teams to ensure alignment with the company's overall goals, driving near-term commercial impact and fostering long-term sustainable growth.

  • Work with partners, AEs and regions to develop bespoke offerings for key issuers to drive Visa being synonymous with Travel

  • Work with our Marketing Services and Sponsorship teams to embed Travel into the operations of the organization so that we can activate through and with these teams.

  • Turn data and insights into growth at scale, to inform key strategic decisions.

  • Work closely with Global Marketing to support the activation of XB marketing into external brands and assets - leveraging their reach and funnels, including joint marketing plans, measurement and execution of promotional campaigns.

This is a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection ofstrategy, partnerships, and execution-working with teams and clients around the world.
