About the Job The Hubbard School is seeking a curious, proactive professional eager to build a career in higher education as an Undergraduate Student Services Coordinator. This role balances essential academic administration with the opportunity to actively shape the undergraduate Hubbard experience, bridging connections and building a dynamic, inclusive community. As a primary resource for prospective and current students, this position will ensure that vital administrative operations run smoothly behind the scenes. This role is designed for a self-starter who takes ownership of their work, collaborates effectively with faculty and staff, identifies areas for system improvement, and takes the initiative to keep our student services running seamlessly.
