Your role
Bring your curiosity to work as our nextBusiness Development Manager - APE. You will be part of our Power Technique North America Customer Center team reporting to the VP/Business Line Manager - APE. In this role, your mission is to identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities that drive sustainable revenue growth, market share expansion, and increased customer penetration for the assigned business line. You will contribute directly to how we create highquality products and solutions for our customers. You will also serve as the primary growth driver for the organization, proactively identifying target customers, applications, industries, territories, market segments, and channel opportunities. Through a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics, the BDM develops and executes strategies that generate qualified opportunities and accelerate business growth. The BDM also acts as a strong advocate for the customer, ensuring an exceptional customer experience by identifying customer pain points, process inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities that support long-term customer satisfaction, loyalty, and business growth Your day-to-day New Business Development (50-60%)
Market Development & Strategic Growth (15-20%)
Customer Experience & Continuous Improvement (10-15%)

The successful candidate will have:
Education: This position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, sales, marketing or related, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Travel: This position requires extensive travel (over 60% of the time) as needed to coordinate activities. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibility.
