Project Manager with SCRUM experience to assist on a long term digital project.

Responsibilities/Job Description:

-Conduct and facilitate Scrum Ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Grooming, and Sprint Retrospective

-Facilitate cross-team coordination, tracking and following up on external dependencies

-Help the team identify risks and dependency. And work closely with the team and external teams to manage the risk and dependencies

-Regularly keep track of metrics such as velocity and burn down

-Product Backlog management

-Work closely with product owners to create and maintain a comprehensive product backlog

-Work with the product owners and team to keep the backlog prioritized

-Keeping the backlog clean and updated in terms of state, target dates, and linking user stories to appropriate features and epics

-Protect the team from interruptions and distractions to maximize productivity

-Foster collaboration, accountability, and visibility across the team

-Build a trusting and open team environment where problems or concerns are raised without fear of blame

-Guide team on achieving higher levels of Agile maturity at a pace that is sustainable

Required Skills:

-Agile project management

-Experience with agile project management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, etc..)

-Ability to manage a scrum team

-Experience working with stakeholders from multiple departments and project teams

-Ability to quickly understand a complex stakeholder ecosystem and how to remove blockers efficiently

Preferred Skills:

-ScrumMaster certification

-Experience with change management activities including

-Stakeholder communications

-Facilitation of meetings with stakeholders

-Supporting training activities

-Identifying gaps and/or adding requirements based on conversations with stakeholders

-Prioritizing work or activities based on stakeholder feedback and project schedule

-Identifying and resolving gaps in a given activity or process

Education or Certification Requirement:

-Must have Bachelors Degree

Compensation Range

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $51-$57. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
