The Opportunity: Under strategic direction of the Administration and Finance Chief of Operations, the Director of Knowledge Management leads the development and execution of a comprehensive knowledge management program for the division. This role translates divisional priorities into structured, actionable practices that support consistent and effective execution. The Director establishes governance, standards, and processes to ensure knowledge is effectively created, maintained, and shared. Responsibilities include advancing workforce readiness through training, strengthening collaboration, and supporting change adoption in alignment with university, state, and federal requirements. The role oversees execution of knowledge management initiatives across units, coordinating communications, tracking progress, and ensuring accountability through structured project management. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and collaborative leader who brings a strong foundation in knowledge management, project management, change leadership, and process improvement - with the communication skills and data-informed approach needed to drive adoption across a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years of leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6). Preferred Qualifications:
