Do you excel at leading multidisciplinary teams, strengthening client partnerships, and guiding projects through the unique technical and operational demands of active aviation environments? CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Civil Project Manager - Aviation to join our Aviation Team in Knoxville, TN. In this role, you'll help deliver integrated airport solutions across airside, landside, and facility-related environments-supporting infrastructure that enhances safety, improves operational performance, and creates a more seamless experience for airport sponsors, stakeholders, and the traveling public. Previous aviation experience is preferred but not required. We welcome civil engineers with backgrounds in site development, land development, transportation, municipal infrastructure, water resources, or other civil infrastructure disciplines who are interested in applying their expertise to aviation projects. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced engineer who is ready to step into a project management role or for those already performing project management duties. What You'll Do:
Manage the planning, design, and delivery of civil infrastructure projects for airports, including airfields, terminals, roadways, parking facilities, utilities, and site development

Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
