Banking Specialist (Remote)

Job Title: Banking Specialist

Duration: 24 Months (Possibility of FTE)

Location: Remote - Working east coast hours

Pay Rate: 18.00 - 21.00 Hourly on W2

Schedule: M-F Core Business hours

Description:

• The Banking Specialist promotes strong and lasting Customer relationships in a product implementation environment by providing quality Customer service in an efficient and highly professional manner.
• Achieves a high level of success by understanding Customer needs and identifying opportunities to grow the business.
• Provides exceptional Customer service by meeting all Customer demands as they relate to a range of issues varying in complexity, with low to moderate support of more experienced personnel.
• Displays positive, professional tone, exhibit empathy when required, deliver key attributes and provide a WOW! experience for the Customer.
• Takes ownership of Customer concerns and resolve Customer issues at first point of contact.
• Ensures necessary due diligence is taken to support the accuracy of all Customer transactions
• Arrives on-time and log-in ready to receive/make Customer calls as scheduled throughout the shift.
• Must be well organized and able to handle many implementations at once.

Must have:

• Excel & Outlook
• Banking experience
• 5+ years Customer service experience
• Strong written communication- ability to write professional emails

Nice to have:

• Notepad
• Salesforce
• Previous fraud experience
