Job Description Summary Position Objective: Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an experienced Sr. Paralegal - Real Estate to join its in-house Legal Department. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and is responsible for supporting the Company's real estate function, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio management. The Sr. Paralegal assists the Real Estate counsel with real estate transactions and related documentation, partnering closely with internal business stakeholders, and outside counsel to efficiently implement and manage the Company's real estate portfolio across the U.S. and Canada. Education & Experience:
Physical Demands: Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job. Some Sunbelt jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind, or excessive temperatures and/or night and weekend work.
