The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic partner and collaborator to their specific LOS. This role is responsible for aligning HR strategies with the LOS goals, improving employee retention and engagement, strengthening partnerships with leaders, and implementing HR strategies tailored to the LOS operational and cultural needs.

Job Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR business partnering, generalist, or consulting roles.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR practices, and compliance.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and build strong business partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to drive change.
