Are you a passionate and adaptable Senior UX Designer ready to make a profound impact on how millions interact with their finances? This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic User Experience Design team, where you will be instrumental in translating complex financial needs into intuitive, trustworthy, and high-quality client interactions. You will lead the design of cutting-edge digital asset experiences across web and mobile platforms, covering transactional, monitoring, and informational needs. Your work will directly influence the digital journey, empowering users and setting new standards in the industry.

Key Responsibilities



  • Lead design exploration and decision-making independently, from problem definition through execution.
  • Design delightful and satisfying solutions that meet client needs and business objectives.
  • Support product design efforts from initial discovery to final delivery.
  • Create seamless interactions across desktop, mobile web, and native mobile experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional Agile teams to develop innovative solutions.
  • Proactively manage and deliver assigned work, addressing challenges and proposing effective solutions.
  • Maintain high design standards, adhering to established channel guidelines and the organizational design system, while thoughtfully evolving patterns.
  • Cultivate strong, productive partnerships with peers and cross-functional teams through clear communication and mutual accountability.
  • Model strong leadership behaviors through exceptional craft, communication, and follow-through.
  • Mentor or support less experienced designers, contributing to team growth.


Your Approach and Impact

You will be a driving force in putting clients first, making thoughtful design decisions grounded in user needs, business priorities, and long-term value. Your ability to set a clear path, articulate direction, and navigate ambiguity will be crucial. You will demonstrate a challenger mindset, constructively questioning assumptions and exploring better ways forward. As a leader through change, you will adapt quickly, learn continuously, and help partners navigate evolving requirements. Your authentic and clear communication will build trust, fostering accountability and ensuring impactful outcomes for our clients.

Required Qualifications



  • 6-10 years of UX design experience, specifically focused on digital products.
  • 1+ year of UX experience designing for touch-based mobile interfaces.
  • An online portfolio showcasing design thinking that leads to innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in most aspects of a user-centered design process, including user research, developing user flows, creating wireframes, and building interactive prototypes for testing.
  • Proficient in design tools like Figma.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience using AI-powered tools or workflows (professionally or independently) to support design, research, or problem-solving, with an interest in applying emerging technologies thoughtfully in client experiences.
  • Strong self-management skills and comfort owning work independently.
  • Ability to clearly communicate design decisions to diverse audiences.
  • Some technical knowledge or experience collaborating closely with engineers is a plus.


Please note: This position is available on a W-2 employment basis only and is not open to Corp-to-Corp (C2C) arrangements. The client is also unable to provide employment-based visa sponsorship or transfers for this role.
