Open, manage, and close service requests while keeping accurate customer records and documentation. Schedule work orders for field technicians and coordinate project changes, cancellations, and updates. Work with teams across the company to improve customer satisfaction, build strong customer relationships, and deliver a positive customer experience. Requirements 2+ years of customer service experience Have strong typing skills and computer smarts. Are Tech-savvy and quick to pick up new systems and tools. Proficient in MS Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook Can be calm, professional, and collected, even when things get busy. Are reliable, punctual, and ready to show up for your team every day.
