Pay: $28.00+/hour

Are you experienced in automotive paint, body shop operations, or warranty claims? We are seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Claims Reviewer to support vehicle claim evaluations and documentation reviews. This temporary position is ideal for candidates with dealership, collision repair, warranty administration, or automotive service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Review vehicle images and supporting documentation related to paint and appearance claims.
• Evaluate claim details and determine eligibility based on established Customer Support Program requirements.
• Review repair orders and claim documentation using automotive warranty policies and procedures.
• Accurately document claim decisions and maintain detailed records.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to support claims tracking, reporting, and analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and consistent claim review processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in paint and body shop operations, automotive warranty claims, collision repair, or related automotive service roles preferred.
• Knowledge of dealership service department operations and repair order documentation.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple claim reviews efficiently.
• Candidates in the Plano, TX area are preferred but not required. Remote candidates will be considered.
