WHAT YOU'LL DO AND HOW IT SHAPES OUR SUCCESS

The Traffic Coordinator is accountable for coordinating and maintaining day-to-day schedules and workflows within the CMS and NMS creative studios. Provides the team with work plans, forecasts, and schedules. This role also provides project management support and project documentation from initiation to completion of the project. They partner with key stakeholders outside our CMS and NMS studios (Marketing, Product and creative partners, Legal, Licensing, etc).

Responsibilities include:



  • Leading status meetings and monthly reporting meetings
  • Program coordination
  • Resource planning and allocation
  • Negotiating timelines with other studios
  • Problem solving
  • SKU/product tracking to ensure on time delivery of programs




ADDITIONAL DETAILS



  • The salary range for this role is $70k - $85k. Final compensation varies based on several factors.
  • This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, giving you the best of both worlds: collaborating in person at Hallmark headquarters in Kansas City, MO and enjoying the flexibility of working remotely. Potential to work in the office 1-2 days per week or as needed to meet business needs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of professional work experience
  • Marketing or advertising agency experience or Hallmark multi-studio experience
  • Experience using project management software/systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • BA or BS degree with a preferred major in business, marketing, or advertising
  • Proficient in excel
  • 1-3 years knowledge or project management systems and project workflow
  • Workamajig- or Workfront-specific experience
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Anticipates team and partner needs
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and partners in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to make quick decisions and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Ability to work with sense of urgency and demonstrate excellent follow-through
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity
