You are a talented Data Engineer / Architect with a passion for designing and delivering modern data and analytics solutions. You excel at turning complex business requirements into scalable data products that enable informed decision-making across the organization.

With hands-on expertise across the modern data stack, you are equally comfortable architecting enterprise data solutions, building robust data pipelines, developing semantic models, and creating insightful dashboards. You understand that successful analytics depends on strong data foundations, thoughtful modeling, and close partnership with stakeholders.

• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution architectures, and deliver high-quality data products.
• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end data solutions spanning ingestion, transformation, modeling, and reporting layers.
• Develop and support scalable data pipelines using Fivetran, Snowflake, and dbt.
• Design and implement robust dimensional and analytical data models that support trusted reporting and analytics.
• Build, optimize, and maintain semantic models within Power BI to enable scalable self-service analytics.
• Develop Power BI dashboards, reports, visualizations, and DAX measures that turn business requirements into actionable insights.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, governance, and performance across the analytics ecosystem.
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business teams to establish best practices for data architecture and data management.
• Troubleshoot and optimize data pipelines, warehouse performance, reporting models, and dashboard solutions.
• Contribute to the evolution of Synopsys' modern data platform and analytics capabilities.

• Deliver scalable and reliable data solutions that empower data-driven decision-making across Synopsys.
• Improve the accessibility, quality, and trustworthiness of enterprise data assets.
• Accelerate business insights through modern analytics platforms and reporting solutions.
• Enable stakeholders to make faster and more informed decisions through effective dashboards and reporting.
• Support strategic initiatives by transforming complex data into meaningful business outcomes.
• Help establish best practices that improve the efficiency and scalability of the enterprise data environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, BI Engineering, Data Architecture, or related fields.
• Strong hands-on expertise with:
  • Snowflake
  • dbt
  • Fivetran
  • Power BI
  • SQL (expert-level proficiency)
• Strong experience with:
  • Dimensional modeling
  • Semantic modeling
  • Data warehouse architecture
  • Data modeling best practices
• Experience designing and implementing end-to-end data solutions from source ingestion through dashboard delivery.
• Proven experience building Power BI semantic models, writing DAX measures, and developing reports and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of data quality, governance, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
