We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to step into a pivotal role, ensuring the smooth daily operations of our corporate workplace. In this position, you will be the cornerstone of a functional and comfortable environment, directly impacting the productivity and well-being of all employees. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining a seamless and positive atmosphere, playing a crucial part in supporting our team. This is an exciting 3-month temporary assignment with strong potential for extension, offering a unique opportunity to make an immediate and lasting difference.

What You'll Do:



  • Process and track work orders for maintenance, janitorial, HVAC, and other facility services.
  • Coordinate effectively with vendors and diligently follow up on service requests and repairs.
  • Support workplace changes, including workstation assignments and setup.
  • Conduct routine facility inspections and proactively report maintenance needs.
  • Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and budget tracking to ensure fiscal responsibility.
  • Respond professionally and promptly to workplace concerns and service requests.
  • Maintain accurate facility documentation and a comprehensive asset inventory.
  • Support facility improvement projects as needed, contributing to ongoing enhancements.


Must-Haves:



  • 1-2 years of experience in facilities operations, administrative support, or office management.
  • Basic understanding of vendor communication and work order coordination processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to walk, stand, and move around the facility for extended periods, including bending and stooping.


Nice-to-Have:



  • Experience with facility ticketing systems or work order platforms.
  • Prior experience with office moves or workplace setup.
  • Basic understanding of janitorial and maintenance services.
  • Customer service or reception background.
