What You Will Do:

Work in collaboration with internal and external partners to establish a realistic short- and long-term plan considering the demand and all constraints. Understanding and challenging as needed to get to the root cause of issues. Influence cross functional teams to ensure realization of plans and commitments. Support the contract manufacturer and internal teams for supply chain needs at subcontracting that range from inventory management, production management, capacity management, finished good tracking, ideal plan realization, materials supply and new launches.

Key Job Accountabilities:

  • Manage and be the sole owner of a catalog of cruising SKUs and multiple contract manufacturing partnerships.
  • Develop strong relationships with Contract Manufacturer(s) (CMs) through proactive communication, weekly/monthly alignments on production, and alignment/development of key ways of working/processes as well as adherence to global standards of performance and relationship KPIs.
  • Track & drive improvement for key indicators such as achievement and adherence, service, inventory, & plan stability.
  • Monitor finished good supply performance & service level to create proactive signals for cross-functional teams and CM and deploy appropriate risk mitigation.
  • Analyze and report monthly inventory on excess and obsolete; build out action plans when necessary
  • Work with internal plant teams to seamlessly execute the procurement and delivery of materials to CM(s) on time and in-full to realize plan. Alert of risk of non-realization.
  • Partner with plant processing & quality team to build out daily/weekly/monthly bulk plan to support CM plan with goal to produce OTIF to avoid expiration risks.
  • Analyze and send monthly production plan to Contract Manufacturer(s) including PO's. Alert when CM communicates constraints or risks, build mitigation plan with cross functional teams.
  • Track and resolve bottlenecks to ensure the monthly production plan is executed on time and that achievement and adherence targets are achieved
  • Anticipate, inform & escalate any supply issues and build action plans to mitigate with coordination of procurement teams
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis for any plan misses and implement action plan to mitigate for future
  • Develop logistics requirements (specifications) with CM, launch and sourcing.
  • For co-manufacturing operations, manage material inventory levels to ensure budget targets are met
  • Accountable for conducting/reconciling regular physical inventories to maintain accurate system information
  • Complete monthly inventory reconciliations with reason codes and adhere to zone inventory reconciliation KPIs. Track trends, create and follow through on action plans to reduce.
  • Manage the production rework process as applicable for catalog
  • Clear communication and transparency with all risks to the production plan
  • Maintain the master data accuracy and ensure alignment with Contract Manufacturer(s)
  • Address open invoices and aging in-transit per KPI targets
  • Partner with Launch Managers on production plan execution for new launches
  • Responsible for all aspects of supply chain related to catalog including service, plan execution, aged inventory, excess & obsolete inventory

What We Are Looking For:

Required Experience/Training:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or Supply Chain discipline preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced data analytic skills, specifically in Microsoft Excel; PowerBI skills beneficial
  • Intermediate skills in SAP and/or MRP preferred.
  • Must have strong written/verbal and communication and analytical skills
  • Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with internal and external teams
  • Self-motivated and results oriented
  • Demonstrates commitment to internal and external customer service
