Posting Date 07/21/2026 2000 16th Street, Denver, Colorado, 80202, United States of AmericaGeneral Purpose of the Job The Project Manager for the Office of the Chief Medical Officer (OCMO) is a strategic, cross-functional individual who partners with multiple OCMO teammates to drive Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) clinical projects, strengthen physician engagement, align stakeholders, build consistent management systems, and ensure execution of high-priority initiatives. You will help maintain tools, governance processes and resources that support our field operators and Value-Based Care partners. This role focuses on the Value-Based Care programs within DaVita Integrated Kidney Care, including CMMI, Regional and National payor contracts. This individual thrives in complexity, brings structure to ambiguity, and drives execution by building alignment and influence across physicians and field leaders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in an ever-changing environment and has strong communication skills. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Proven track record of delivering on project goals and managing processes. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Language Skills: Possesses the written and verbal communication skills necessary to successfully perform the essential functions, duties, and responsibilities of the position.
