Job Title: Market Communications Professional

Location(s): Alpharetta, GA

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Partner Marketing Coordinator to support a fast-paced B2B partner marketing team. This role will work closely with the US Partner Marketing Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to coordinate marketing programs, campaigns, events, communications, and marketing operations. The ideal candidate enjoys managing multiple projects, collaborating across teams, and ensuring marketing initiatives are delivered accurately and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of partner marketing programs and day-to-day marketing operations.
  • Coordinate logistics and marketing support for partner events and industry conferences.
  • Build and implement campaign packages within marketing platforms.
  • Develop and improve repeatable campaign execution processes.
  • Maintain and organize partner marketing content in sales enablement and content management platforms.
  • Coordinate recurring partner communications, newsletters, and content updates.
  • Support planning and execution of recurring partner meetings, including scheduling, communications, presentation management, and follow-up.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, sales, and business teams to deliver marketing initiatives on time.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and action items across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Support campaign launches, webinar coordination, content updates, and additional marketing activities as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting B2B marketing programs, marketing operations, field marketing, or campaign execution.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
  • Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, events, webinars, or communications.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM, content management, or sales enablement platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Highspot or similar sales enablement platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).

  • Flexible working hours with attendance required for mandatory meetings
  • Must meet weekly hour commitment

Experience Required:
