As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a residential community, you will drive throughout assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns. You will support residents and guests with professional customer service and clear communication while contributing to a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential community areas, including building exteriors, parking areas, walkways, amenities, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property to help deter unauthorized entry, suspicious activity, and policy violations.
• Document patrol activities, incidents, and security-related observations in accordance with site procedures and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
