About the Opportunity:

What You'll Do:
- Pick mechanical components, parts, and materials from warehouse racking locations to fulfill production and manufacturing orders.
- Accurately kit materials according to production schedules, work orders, bills of material (BOMs), and customer requirements.
- Utilize RF scanning devices to perform material movements, inventory transactions, and order confirmations.
- Process inventory transactions and maintain accurate records within SAP.
- Stage and deliver kits and materials to designated production areas in a timely manner.
- Verify part numbers, quantities, lot numbers, and material specifications to ensure order accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock, discrepancies, shortages, or potential material constraints to supervisors and planners.
- Assist in cycle counting and inventory control activities to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Investigate and answer questions regarding material availability, order status, kit completion, and inventory locations.
- Collaborate with Production, Planning, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to resolve material issues.
- Maintain organized warehouse storage locations and ensure proper stock rotation practices.
- Follow all company safety policies, quality standards, and warehouse procedures.
- Support receiving, put-away, replenishment, and other warehouse functions as assigned.
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience using RF scanners or handheld inventory management devices.
- 2+ years of experience working within SAP or similar ERP systems.
What Sets You Apart:
- Previous warehouse, distribution, logistics, or material handling experience.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, pick lists, bills of material, and inventory documents.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
- Ability to frequently walk, stand, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Ability to work safely in a warehouse and distribution environment.
