The IHD is seeking a Research & Evaluation Coordinator (Senior Research Assistant) to support the Office of Research & Evaluation (R&E). The R&E Office provides centralized research, evaluation, data, and learning support across organizational centers and initiatives, helping strengthen data-informed decision-making, program improvement, strategic growth, dissemination activities, and organizational impact. The Coordinator will also support research and evaluation projects by coordinating data collection and reporting, managing project workflows, assisting with dissemination, and facilitating collaboration among internal and external stakeholders. The position works closely with the Director of Research & Evaluation and other R&E staff, program staff, researchers, evaluators, and community partners to support high-quality research and evaluation activities across the organization. Master's degree, three years of relevant experience or a similar type of experience. Area of study in social work, public health, informatics, and social science, or related fields. Anticipated Hiring Range
