MaineHealth Ophthalmology - Damariscotta | Full-Time Ophthalmology Assistant

In this role, you'll work side-by-side with experienced Ophthalmologists, helping patients preserve and improve one of their most valued senses-their vision. From performing preliminary eye testing and preparing patients for their exams to educating them on medications and procedures, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional, compassionate eye care every day.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: Completion of the Joint Commission on Allied Health Personnel Ophthalmology Certified Ophthalmic Assistant requirements required within 24 months of start date.

The pay range for this position is $20.68to $25.10 per hour.
