As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Incident Prevention in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns. Pay Rate: $21.60 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assisting with entry procedures and directing guests in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, patrols, and unusual conditions while maintaining professional communication with property staff and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
