As a Security Officer Patrol in Las Vegas, NV, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier luxury retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for guests and team members. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond professionally to concerns. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a luxury retail location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail floor, stock areas, entrances, exits, and surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual activity, hazards, and policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity to help deter theft, unauthorized entry, and other security-related concerns while maintaining a professional, welcoming presence.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
