Title:: Manager/Senior Manager, PMO for Strategic Projects - CRM Transition International Customer Excellence (ICEx) - Strategic Priorities and Marketing Operations (SPMO) Location: Chicago, IL Duration: 12 Months - C2H This role will support global CRM transformation initiative as the organization transitions from Veeva CRM to Salesforce. The client has partnered with a consulting firm to lead transition planning and change management activities across the enterprise, and this position will focus specifically on supporting the International business. The successful candidate will serve as a Program Manager on the business side of the transformation, partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment, communication, and execution throughout the program lifecycle. This is not a Scrum Master or software development role; rather, it requires a strong project management professional who can effectively coordinate across teams, manage stakeholder engagement, track progress, and ensure organizational readiness for change. Ideal candidates will bring demonstrated experience leading complex, business-driven initiatives within highly matrixed environments. Strong organizational skills, proactive stakeholder management, executive communication, and the ability to navigate a large-scale, technical transformation program are critical for success in this role. Within ICEx, the Strategic Priorities and Marketing Operations (SPMO) enables consistent, efficient delivery and governance of complex strategic projects that propel the business forward. Our team partners closely with ICEx's core capabilities - including Winning with Data and Digital Capabilities, IFT, ACE, and others - to realize breakthrough initiatives. Role Summary We are seeking a motivated candidate for a Manager/Senior Manager, PMO for Strategic Projects supporting IFT Excellence. This full-time, 1-year role reports directly to the SPMO Director, working directly with the CRM transition core team. Some business travel may be required. The candidate will join a dynamic, globally connected team supporting the execution of critical ICEx initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders spanning global, area, and affiliate teams, playing a key role in driving our international strategy. Role responsibilities are mapped to SPMO's strategic service tiers, with emphasis on project management partnership and delivery. Projects Support the planning and execution of the global CRM transition to Salesforce: Engage affiliates to understand their local use cases and requirements. Gather and synthesize input across the network to inform a cohesive transition plan. Lead change management and awareness efforts for the CRM transition to Salesforce, ensuring affiliate teams are informed, engaged, and prepared throughout the migration process. Collaborate closely with Business Technology Solutions (BTS) for successful system implementation. Key Responsibilities Execute PMO activities to enable aligned project delivery across multiple functions, regions, and affiliates Support and maintain industry-standard PMO processes, tools, and reporting to ensure consistency, governance, and transparency Collaborate with international commercial and marketing teams to facilitate smooth engagement, communication, and delivery of key initiatives Assist senior PMO leads and project managers in risk management, resource planning, and performance tracking for business transformation, strategy, and launches Prepare project status reports, summaries, and presentations for stakeholders and sponsors Help coordinate cross-functional meetings and workshops, ensuring logistical and content alignment Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's Degree required Minimum 5 years experience managing matrixed, cross-functional, or global projects/programs (business transformation, strategic initiatives, product launch, etc.) Strong analytical skills and a strategic, solution-oriented mindset Excellent English communication skills - both verbal and written Ability to engage with diverse, global stakeholders and teams Demonstrated collaboration with cross-functional teams; experience with global/area teams preferred Your Opportunity This opportunity offers hands-on exposure to ICEx's strategic programs and operational excellence, with direct impact across Client's international network.
