This position is designated as a hybrid role based out of our headquarters near Portland, Oregon. The current expectation is for employees to work onsite four days per week, subject to change based on business needs. This in-office requirement may be adjusted at the discretion of the company.
ABOUT THE POSITION The Senior Director, North America Marketing to join Columbia Sportswear, one of the global leaders in outerwear and recently named one of the Top 10 most creative brands in the world. You'll be responsible for building brand relevance, driving consumer demand and delivering integrated marketing strategies across the United States and Canada for the Columbia brand. Columbia Sportswear takes its marketing as seriously as we take our gear. Everything we do is in support of our brand idea: that we make the best gear on the market for whatever mother nature can throw at you. We're looking for a strategic leader for the North America region, reporting directly to our SVP & Global Head of Marketing. This leader will lead brand activation and communications across PR, partnerships, retail & wholesale marketing, working closely with our Sr. Director of Performance Marketing. This role is an opportunity to lead the next phase of the Columbia brand for North America as we accelerate to even greater heights in our mission to be the no.1 brand in the outdoors globally.
