  • Evaluate buy, build, partner and hybrid options using market sizing, revenue potential, cost, ROI, payback, risk and strategic fit.
  • Identify high-potential partners, whitespace opportunities and ecosystem trends across healthcare technology.
  • Develop growth plans for a focused portfolio of strategic partners, including cross-sell, co-sell and commercialization opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Business Unit teams to activate partner-led growth.
  • Support opportunity shaping, negotiation preparation, governance design and integration planning with functional teams.
  • Analyze partner performance, revenue trends and growth opportunities to inform executive reviews and QBRs.
  • Create repeatable templates, KPI frameworks and portfolio reporting that improve decision speed, accountability and visibility.

What success looks like

  • Strategic partners have clear fact bases, ownership models, growth plans and executive governance.
  • Cross-sell, co-sell and commercialization opportunities translate into measurable revenue and engagement growth.
  • Priority growth opportunities are evaluated through consistent buy-build-partner frameworks.
  • Leaders have clearer options, faster decisions and stronger visibility into partnership performance.

What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, strategic finance, corporate development, business operations, business development or partnership strategy.
  • Strong financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills, including market sizing, scenario analysis, sensitivity testing and economic tradeoff modeling.
  • Experience building executive-ready analyses, business cases and recommendations for complex growth or investment decisions.
  • Strong commercial judgment and ability to connect strategy to revenue activation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Comfort working across Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal and operating teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, performance metrics and AI-enabled research or analytics tools.

Highly valued

  • Healthcare, health-tech, healthcare IT, payments, revenue cycle, interoperability or payer-provider ecosystem experience.
  • Exposure to corporate development, investment banking, M&A diligence or private equity operating support.
  • Experience with platform ecosystems, APIs, partner-enabled distribution or enterprise software integrations.

How you work

You are structured, intellectually curious and comfortable in ambiguity. You combine strong analytical judgment with practical commercial instincts. You enjoy moving between whiteboard strategy, spreadsheet detail and cross-functional execution.
