The Opportunity: Make Your Mark as a Creative Execution Powerhouse

We are seeking a production-oriented designer who thrives on bringing creative visions to life with unparalleled precision and speed. In this role, you will be the trusted expert, taking initial concepts and directions from the creative team and applying your keen design judgment to produce strong, final products. This is a pivotal opportunity to ensure every design not only meets but exceeds expectations for quality and brand consistency, directly contributing to the success of high-profile campaigns and brand initiatives.

What You'll Do



  • Develop a wide range of digital and social media assets.
  • Create compelling paid media and campaign assets.
  • Design print collateral including brochures, postcards, one-sheets, and signage.
  • Produce event and environmental graphics.
  • Develop brand guidelines and templates.
  • Adapt and resize existing creative across multiple channels and formats.
  • Prepare final files for both print and digital production.
  • Potentially assist with light motion/video or presentation animation.
  • Design client presentations and pitch decks.
  • Manage high-volume production and adaptation, including resizing campaigns and updating copy/images.
  • Build multiple versions of assets and formatting decks.
  • Prepare print-ready files and implement last-minute client changes without compromising quality.


What You Bring

We are looking for a mid-level professional with 5-8+ years of experience who possesses a robust skill set and a commitment to excellence.



  • Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, hierarchy, composition, and color.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of design and production.
  • Proven ability to follow and maintain strict brand standards.
  • Extensive production and file-preparation knowledge for both print and digital media.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Comfortable taking creative direction and incorporating feedback effectively.
  • Capable of working independently while collaborating closely with art directors, copywriters, and account teams.
  • Highly organized and reliable in project execution.
  • A professional portfolio demonstrating real-world marketing and brand work, showcasing practical application over conceptual design.


Technical Prowess

Must-Have Tools:



  • Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
  • PowerPoint / Google Slides


Nice-to-Have Tools:



  • Figma
  • After Effects / basic motion
  • Premiere Pro or other basic video editing software
  • Canva
  • AI creative tools / generative design tools


Work Schedule & Flexibility

This role involves an average of 10 hours of work per week. We require availability for meetings and calls during a portion of business hours for at least two weekdays. Project turnaround times can vary, from 24 hours for urgent tasks to 3-4 days for others. Ideally, you would have the flexibility to be available for occasional in-person collaboration for larger project kick-offs or team reviews.
