Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough technical assessments of prototypes across diverse product categories, delivering detailed feedback on performance, texture, and overall quality.
• Perform comprehensive competitive product assessments to provide crucial insights for strategic development decisions.
• Prepare insightful and comprehensive reports highlighting product benefits, leveraging strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Efficiently organize and schedule innovation and follow-up meetings, effectively presenting product benefits to relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in the meticulous preparation of presentation decks and technical dossiers.
• Coordinate vendor showcases and facilitate timely follow-up with internal teams to gather feedback and determine next steps.
• Manage and meticulously maintain a detailed project tracker spreadsheet, ensuring all statuses are current, and actively participate in team meetings.
• Liaise proactively with vendors to request and track product samples and essential marketing materials.
• Organize and meticulously track product samples, coordinating their efficient delivery to internal contacts.
• Ensure the proper disposal and meticulous organization of all product samples.
• Coordinate the domestic and international shipping of samples with precision and care.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in project coordination or a similar support role, preferably within a product development or innovation-focused environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential for effective reporting and presentations.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a steadfast commitment to operational excellence.
