This position is front line staff in the adult neuropsychology and health psychology clinics. Duties include: customer service, scheduling patients, arriving patients, arranging return visits, building schedules, updating patient demographics, confirming insurance, completing preauthorizations, requesting medical records, working with patients, families and/or staff in handling and resolving problems that may occur during the course of a visit. High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities can be acquired. Preferred Qualifications
