Looking for Electromechanical Assembler jobs in Waukegan where craftsmanship and precision come together? Join a growing manufacturing team assembling and preparing electrical products for shipment. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with tools, following technical instructions, and building quality products in a fast-paced production environment.

Experience Requirements



  • Entry-level opportunity
  • 1-5 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
  • Experience reading blueprints, schematics, or assembly drawings is a plus
  • Knowledge of electrical manufacturing processes preferred


Job Duties



  • Read and interpret assembly drawings and work instructions
  • Assemble and disassemble power conditioners and other electrical products
  • Build subassemblies and finished products for customer orders
  • Operate assembly presses, hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
  • Receive materials using manual and powered pallet jacks
  • Break down pallets and organize components for production
  • Build and prepare pallets for outgoing customer shipments
  • Inspect components and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
  • Learn new production processes and support various assembly operations as needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment



Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
  • Ability to maintain focus while performing detailed assembly work in a manufacturing environment.
