Experience Requirements Entry-level opportunity 1-5 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred Experience reading blueprints, schematics, or assembly drawings is a plus Knowledge of electrical manufacturing processes preferred Job Duties Read and interpret assembly drawings and work instructions Assemble and disassemble power conditioners and other electrical products Build subassemblies and finished products for customer orders Operate assembly presses, hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments Receive materials using manual and powered pallet jacks Break down pallets and organize components for production Build and prepare pallets for outgoing customer shipments Inspect components and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy Learn new production processes and support various assembly operations as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Manual dexterity to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment. Ability to maintain focus while performing detailed assembly work in a manufacturing environment.
