Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM + OT during peak season (up to 6 days/week)
• Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM + OT during peak season (up to 6 days/week)
• Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM + OT during peak season (up to 6 days/week)

• Previous kitchen and/or cooking experience required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced food production environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
• Ability to maintain food safety and quality standards

• Cook soups, sauces, and entrees according to standardized recipes and production guidelines
• Follow recipes exactly to ensure product consistency and quality
• Monitor and document Critical Control Points (CCPs) on required production paperwork
• Set up workstations with ingredients, supplies, and equipment needed for daily production
• Support kitchen leads by maintaining workflow and communication throughout the kitchen
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety procedures
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, and production stations
• Assist with production needs and perform other duties as assigned

• Lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
• Stand for extended periods of time
• Work in a fast-paced production environment
• Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards
