Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions. Basic math and measurement skills preferred. Experience using measuring tools and quality inspection equipment is a plus. Must be able to meet U.S. citizenship requirements. Experience Requirements Previous manufacturing, production, machine operator, or mechanical assembly experience preferred. Experience operating production equipment, machinery, or industrial tools is a plus. Ability to follow detailed instructions, maintain accuracy, and meet production deadlines. Knowledge of quality control processes and manufacturing standards. Experience reading technical drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and specifications preferred. Strong communication, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand and work on your feet for the entire shift. Frequently bend, squat, walk, reach, push, pull, and handle materials during production activities. Lift, carry, move, and rotate materials weighing up to 40 pounds. Perform repetitive tasks requiring manual dexterity and attention to detail. Ability to safely use hand tools, measuring devices, and production equipment. Availability to work overtime as required to support production schedules. Job Duties Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment to support daily production goals. Complete production tasks according to blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, and documented procedures. Use hand tools and production equipment, including sandblasting and related machinery, as needed. Perform quality inspections and ensure products meet established manufacturing standards. Complete production logs, equipment checks, and required documentation accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety, quality, and company procedures.
