Join a team that is not just building products, but shaping experiences and driving the future of retail.

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to become the central force behind the successful launch and refresh of retail spaces. In this pivotal role, you will be the connective tissue that ensures critical projects, from new store builds to remodels and pop-up activations, stay on track and on schedule. Your meticulous attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex information will directly contribute to the brand's growth and its ability to connect with customers in vibrant, new environments. You will own the master timeline, bringing clarity and structure to ambitious retail initiatives and playing a crucial part in the brand's expansion across the region.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the definitive source of truth for all workstreams and timelines related to new and remodeled retail locations, as well as temporary activations.
  • Collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders across brand, design, and operations teams to gather and disseminate essential tasks, requirements, and deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive project tracking tool utilizing Airtable (or similar platforms), ensuring clear visibility into key milestones, dates, and workstreams for all projects.
  • Produce and distribute weekly tracking documents that are concise, easily digestible, and ready for leadership review.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling project updates using presentation software like PowerPoint or Keynote.
  • Contribute vital data and insights to broader enterprise-wide tracking systems.
  • Actively participate in recurring portfolio reviews, weekly status meetings, and cross-functional working sessions to drive project momentum.

What You'll Deliver

  • A weekly project tracker for new and remodeled retail locations, encompassing construction, fixture, product, and delivery dates and gates.
  • A weekly project tracker for temporary activations, covering business and brand-related dates and gates.
  • Essential inputs that feed into the company's overarching tracking systems.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a program management or project coordination capacity.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to construct and manage intricate project schedules.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in translating project status into polished, professional updates using PowerPoint or Keynote.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the confidence to effectively communicate both successes and potential risks to stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with Airtable.
  • Advanced expertise across the Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel.
  • A consistent and proven track record of meeting deadlines.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree (though not a mandatory requirement).
  • PMP certification (a valuable asset, but not essential).
  • Project management experience specifically within brick-and-mortar retail projects, ideally with national brands.
  • A background in the athletic, apparel, or footwear industry.
  • Experience in retail development, construction, or with retail fixtures and elements.

This contract role is anticipated to span approximately 6 months from the start date.
