THE ROLE

Snowflake (onsite) Bellevue is looking for an adaptable, proactive, and diligent Workplace coordinator. You will be a thorough self-starter who will develop outstanding customer service & organizational skills, and who is diligent and attention to detail. Be solution-oriented, deal with ambiguity, rapid changes in priorities, and short deadlines, and have the ability to coordinate. Reporting to the Workplace Operations Manager you will perform a variety of office support functions and duties.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Provide a welcoming first impression to visitors, guests, vendors, and staff.

  • Act as a helpful resource for internal staff, assisting with general workplace inquiries, meeting room bookings, and office event support.

  • Take genuine care and responsibility for the entire workplace. You are responsible for keeping the office maintained, safe, and ready for use at all times.

  • Oversee visitor management systems and requests. Assist with security badging and access requirements.

  • Provide facility support for events and meetings, including physical movement of furniture, equipment, boxes, and materials as needed; conference room set-ups, employee moves adds and changes, office and other supplies.

  • Support the Food and Beverage program by assisting with general quality control and reporting issues/employee feedback.

  • Able to work independently and effectively within a teaming environment, assuming responsibility without direct supervision.

  • Ensure an enjoyable, safe, supportive, and collaborative place to work and visit for employees, customers, and guests.

  • Always ensure professionalism and high levels of customer service.

  • Undertake physical inspection of the facilities and premises and report any issues to your Workplace colleagues or building management.

  • Report issues to building engineers to ensure HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical equipment, and plumbing systems are maintained and operating properly.

  • Report issues such as minor repairs of the facilities and premises, including painting, patching, office and kitchen equipment repairs, furniture, ceiling tiles, carpeting, etc.

  • Respond to emergencies and relay incidents to appropriate parties.

WHAT YOU'LL HAVE:

You will have been an exceptional communicator and the go-to person in previous organizations. You are ready and willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to ensure Workplace realizes its mission. Specifically, you will have

  • 2+ years of Workplace, Hospitality, Security, Event Coordinating, or customer service experience in Real Estate & Facilities.

  • Experience with Google/Microsoft Suite, Slack/Teams, following approved budget and defined processes, and task management.

  • Great communication skills and ability to work independently.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and handle interruptions with a positive, professional attitude.

  • Experience working with third-party vendors.

  • Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $59,000 - $77,700.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
