Position Summary The Project Manager, Research Operations provides senior-level administrative, operational, and project management support to the Office of the Vice Provost for Research. This role extends the capacity of the Vice Provost by ensuring effective coordination of research initiatives, institutional priorities, and external partnership activities. The position plays a critical role in advancing New York Tech's research enterprise by supporting interdisciplinary collaboration, coordinating major initiatives, and facilitating activities that contribute to sponsored research and institutional growth. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Provide executive-level administrative and operational support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and preparation of briefing materials and executive communications.
