The Project Manager III, Strategy & Operations - Value Realization and Portfolio Operations Lead owns the portfolio management, performance reporting, and value realization processes that provide visibility into SEI Next's priorities, initiatives, and business impact. This role also leads select strategic initiatives and internal engagement programs. The ideal candidate creates structure in ambiguity, drives execution, and turns activity into measurable outcomes.

What you will do:

Value Realization

  • Design and own the SEI Next team performance management framework, including KPIs, reporting cadences, and value realization methods

  • Connect strategic investments, initiative execution, and measurable business outcomes

  • Develop executive dashboards that provide clear visibility into priorities, progress, risks, dependencies, resource allocation, and value delivered

  • Establish and manage portfolio management processes that ensure initiatives are prioritized, tracked, reported, and maintained through a consistent operating framework

Internal Programs Management

  • Own execution of select strategic SEI Next programs, ensuring they deliver against defined objectives and success metrics

  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, dependencies, and communications to ensure programs remain aligned to strategic priorities, and deliver measurable outcomes

  • Provide oversight of SEIsmic and other enterprise engagement efforts, ensuring activities remain aligned to SEI Next and enterprise priorities and outcomes are measured and communicated

Strategic Initiatives Execution

  • Lead strategic and operational initiatives from intake through delivery

  • Translate ideas and requests into clear plans, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes

  • Manage dependencies, resolve obstacles, and establish operational structure for cross-functional work

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Strategy, or a related field; advanced degree a plus

  • 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, program management, portfolio management, or a related operating role

  • Experience developing KPI frameworks, executive reporting, dashboards, and performance measurement approaches that connect work to business outcomes

  • Proven ability to translate strategy into execution and establish clear links between initiatives, investments, and measurable results

  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct authority

  • Strong operational and analytical skills, with the ability to create structure, prioritize effectively, and drive work forward in ambiguous environments

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders

  • Ability to operate independently, exercise sound judgment, and take ownership from intake through delivery
