In this pivotal role, you will build, execute, and manage cutting-edge advertising solutions, translating brand marketing goals into actionable, measurable media strategies. Your Impact and Responsibilities



  • Act as a strong executor and consultative partner, guiding clients within a defined scope.
  • Develop strategic plans and execute both managed-service and self-service campaigns, serving as a consultative expert.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Account teams to craft strategic, data-driven media proposals aligned with client objectives.
  • Attend and lead external advertiser and agency calls, showcasing expertise in media tactics, audience strategy, and campaign stewardship.
  • Apply a deep understanding of diverse media types, including paid search, programmatic display, direct digital sponsorships, CTV, social media, digital OOH, and experiential in-store tactics.
  • Regularly communicate campaign performance metrics, insights, and optimization recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adhere to internal service level agreements and quality assurance processes to ensure seamless campaign launches and high-quality client experiences.
  • Confidently present strategic upsell recommendations to drive incremental revenue and expand partnerships.
  • Demonstrate strong executive presence when presenting upsell opportunities to clients and agencies.
  • Partner cross-functionally to effectively traffic campaigns across various ad technology platforms.
  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve campaign issues, ensuring optimal campaign performance and client satisfaction.


What You'll Bring to the Team



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related area.
  • 3+ years of experience managing digital media campaigns or consulting on digital campaigns across display, video, social, search, and programmatic channels.
  • Deep understanding of digital media metrics (CPM, ROAS, CPC, CTR, etc.) and media math for effective optimization.
  • Proven client-facing experience with a track record of proactive risk identification and solution development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, complemented by strong presentation abilities.
  • Strong project management capabilities and the ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
  • High comfort navigating rapidly evolving environments and ambiguous situations with confidence.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and familiarity with Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, SQL, and Power BI.


Qualifications That Set You Apart



  • Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in programmatic advertising, including in-depth knowledge of DSPs, DMPs, and ad exchanges.
  • Proven track record of influencing advertiser investments in media strategies.
