Parker Meggitt, a recent addition to Parker Hannifin, is a global leader in the Commercial and Military Aerospace markets, specializing in a wide range of products including fire and smoke detection systems, extinguishing systems, bleed air overheat detection systems, actuators, rudder pedal assemblies, pumps, fuel gauging systems, and high-temperature cables. Located in Simi Valley, CA, this site is within the Fire Safety & Power Systems Division (FSPSD) and is a key supplier in select energy markets, particularly in nuclear gas analyzers and nuclear containment vessel penetration cables. We work directly with some of the largest aerospace companies in the world, including Airbus, Boeing, Embraer, and Lockheed Martin, among others. Customer Account Rep, Sr Position Summary: The Senior Customer Account Representatives will manage a variety of Meggitt customer accounts to deliver world-class service and support by directly overseeing score cards, immediately responding to inquiries, and joining with the planning team to accurately forecast demand. By utilizing the Meggitt High Performance System, the Senior Customer Account Representative will serve as the primary interface for a variety of Meggitt customers, responsible for ensuring the most efficient and positive relationship with Meggitt's customers, while enabling level-loading of production and expeditious resolution of customer assertions. They will also work closely with key internal stakeholders and have a solid internal network relevant to the customers they support. Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, including LTA contract customers and other strategic or bespoke accounts, ensuring high levels of service, accuracy, and complete responsiveness.
- Act as a contracts administrator for assigned customers by supporting contract review activities, order validation, pricing accuracy, terms and conditions alignment, and customer communications.
- Receive, review, validate, and enter customer purchase orders into the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, ensuring all required information is accurate before order acknowledgment.
- Ensure purchase orders, quotations, pricing, delivery dates, terms and conditions, quantities, and contract requirements are reviewed and agreed with appropriate internal stakeholders prior to customer response.
- Formally acknowledge purchase orders with customers once internal approvals and validations have been completed.
- Serve as the voice of the customer within the business, ensuring customer orders, enquiries, concerns, and escalations are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal functions including Commercial, Finance, Trade Compliance, Operations, Administration, and shared service teams to ensure customer requirements can be fulfilled in accordance with business policies and contractual obligations.
- Support Strategic Account Managers and commercial teams with customer knowledge, existing account insights, new business opportunities, and bid-related activities as required.
- Deliver customer quotations for spares, repairs, and miscellaneous requirements, coordinating with functional leaders to resolve questions through to order placement or opportunity closure.
- Manage and monitor customer portals to ensure pricing, quantities, lead times, and contract terms are accurate, acceptable, and aligned with delegated authority from Finance, Commercial, Operations, and other functional leaders.
- Utilize business systems including ERP, CRM, customer portals, workflow tools, and reporting platforms to receive, review, respond to, and book customer orders efficiently.
- Support monthly and annual forecasting activities by providing insight based on historical sales, customer demand trends, order activity, and known customer requirements.
- Track, review, and reconcile internal and external customer scorecards, including verification of the performance metrics by which Parker Meggitt is measured.
- Work directly with Finance and shared service teams to manage accounts receivable, resolve invoice or payment disputes, and support cash collection activities.
- Resolve customer complaints and disputes, including those related to warranty, delivery, pricing, quantity, or order discrepancies, while protecting the interests of Parker Meggitt and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Escalate issues appropriately to the relevant leadership when matters require additional support, decision-making, or risk review.
- Maintain awareness of applicable legislation, compliance requirements, and Parker Meggitt internal policies, completing required training and applying relevant guidance in day-to-day customer account activity.
- Ensure all internal and external communications are timely, accurate, professional, and aligned with Parker Meggitt standards.

Education: High School Diploma/Equivalent and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations Preferred: Bachelor's Degree and equivalent industry experience Years Experience: 4-6 years of experience in customer account management or similar. - Pay Range: $29.8/hr to $49.65/hr
