What to Expect
As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will own the full lifecycle of complex, multi-discipline construction projects-from preliminary scope through design, build, commissioning, and handover. You will work with elite engineers, design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver infrastructure and large capital projects on time, under budget, and to specification. Projects span fast-paced environments involving structural work, MEP systems, cleanroom/advanced manufacturing standards, and mission-critical infrastructure.

What You'll Do
  • Own contracting and delivery of multi-discipline construction projects (pre-construction through commissioning ), including CSA and MEP disciplines
  • Provide early guidance on preliminary scope and customer requests, including rough order of magnitude (ROM) costs, path-forward recommendations, and final cost/schedule development
  • Lead project buy-out: develop bid packages, gather and evaluate competitive proposals; partner with Procurement on RFPs; write contracts, Scopes of Work, and Work Orders; manage contracts through close-out
  • Implement controls to track and manage cost, schedule, and scope; compare baseline vs. actual performance and report variances; identify cost-saving and value-engineering opportunities
  • Create, manage, and enforce overall project schedules (e.g., Primavera P6); run weekly progress meetings to identify scope gaps, risks, goals, and recovery plans
  • Review, generate, and manage RFIs and submittals; read, interpret, and implement contract documents, drawings, specifications, and calculations
  • Oversee field execution: resolve design and construction conflicts in real time; enforce contractor QC and support internal QA/commissioning for MEP system turnover
  • Facilitate city, county, and regulatory approvals; ensure compliance with codes, industry standards, and local authority requirements
  • Coordinate with end users and facilities teams on building operations and maintenance; support successful turnover and activation
  • Interact with contractors, fabricators, design/engineering, QA/commissioning, and internal customers across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, piping, geotechnical, and surveying disciplines

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management, or equivalent experience
  • Experience managing major construction projects including estimating, cost control, scheduling, contractor management, and EPC
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices, codes, regulations, and safety protocols; Able to give constructability feedback to design teams
  • Ability to read, interpret, mark up, and coordinate engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations
  • Proficiency with project management and scheduling tools (Primavera P6, PM software) and PDF editors (Bluebeam)
  • Knowledge of jurisdictional permitting and environmental agency processes
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with minimal guidance; work independently and in teams; communicate effectively across stakeholders
  • Ability to rapidly shift roles/responsibilities while maintaining urgency in a high-paced environment
