About our role:

We are excited to be hiring an Area Sales Manager, Prestige Retail to join our Oribe Hair Care team!

We're looking for a strategic, development-focused leader to lead a high-performing team of Account Executives and drive commercial success across a defined territory. By fostering strong customer partnerships, coaching talent, and championing education, you'll accelerate sales growth, strengthen retail relationships, and ensure exceptional execution at the local market level.

What we're looking for:
Sephora experience is required
7+ years of sales and leadership experience
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams

The Area Sales Manager, Prestige Retail reports to the Senior Sales Manager, Prestige Retail, Americas. You will drive implementation of the commercial strategy within a defined subset of the Prestige Retail field sales team. This team's primary focus is Oribe Hair Care, although other brands may be added to the selling portfolio based on business needs.

What you will do:



  • Drive achievement of invoiced sales and business profit
  • Lead and develop your team of Account Executives
  • Lead joint business plans
  • Collaborate cross functionally to share best practices in digital learning platforms, eventing and training


What you will need:



  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of relevant sales and leadership experience
  • In-Field or in-store retail experience necessary
  • Experience Managing people
