Summary The Lead Full Stack Developer will provide hands-on technical leadership for the design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of assigned software applications and components. This role is responsible for guiding the full software development lifecycle within a SAFe Agile framework while ensuring high-quality delivery, scalable architecture, secure coding practices, and alignment with enterprise standards. The Lead Full Stack Developer will mentor developers, conduct code reviews, support architecture and modernization efforts, and drive engineering best practices across the team. The role will also support the adoption of AI-assisted development tools and practices to improve developer productivity, code quality, documentation, testing, and delivery efficiency. Salary Range The proposed salary range for this role is $150,000 to $165,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
