Position Summary
The Area Vice President, Instrument Processing Services (IPS), leads the strategy, growth, and execution of STERIS's Instrument Processing business across key markets nationwide. This executive leader drives business development initiatives, expands OnSite (Interim) and ORC service offerings, and strengthens strategic customer and IDN partnerships. Responsible for sales performance, forecasting, revenue growth, profitability, quota attainment, and expense management, the AVP builds and leads a high-performing Business Development team focused on accelerating market expansion and delivering exceptional customer value through innovative reprocessing solutions. Pay range for this opportunity is$167,450.00-$216,700.00.This position is eligible for bonus participation. Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed.
