The Director, Vehicle Allocation & Distribution is responsible for leading Stellantis North America's vehicle allocation, inventory deployment, dealer distribution, and allocation strategy functions. This role aligns vehicle supply with market demand while optimizing inventory performance, dealer network effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and enterprise profitability. This leader will guide the evolution of the allocation and distribution operating model through the implementation and continuous enhancement of the Stellantis Allocation & Distribution Platform. The role drives process modernization, advanced analytics adoption, profitability-based decision making, and transparent allocation governance across the dealer network. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Digital & Information Technology, Dealer Network Development, Business Centers, and Executive Leadership to translate strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Vehicle Allocation Strategy & Governance
- Develop and govern vehicle allocation strategies across Stellantis North America brands and nameplates.
- Ensure allocation methodologies support profitability, market demand, dealer performance, network health, and business objectives.
- Establish allocation governance processes, decision frameworks, executive escalation routines, and audit-ready controls.
- Maintain transparent, consistent, and equitable allocation decision making across the dealer network.
Distribution & Inventory Optimization
- Direct vehicle distribution planning and inventory deployment strategies across business centers and dealer channels.
- Optimize dealer inventory health, days supply, turn rates, vehicle mix, and market coverage.
- Balance supply constraints, demand forecasts, production availability, and operational risks.
- Develop strategies that support efficient vehicle flow from production through retail delivery.
Profitability & Performance Management
- Embed profitability guardrails into the allocation process and distribution decision making.
- Support volume, market share, inventory, dealer network health, and financial objectives.
- Analyze allocation outcomes against sales, margin, inventory, and dealer performance targets.
- Provide executive recommendations supported by data, scenario modeling, and business impact analysis.
Platform Transformation & Capability Development
- Champion implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of the Stellantis Allocation & Distribution Platform.
- Drive modernization of allocation workflows, business rules, approval processes, dashboards, and operating routines.
- Support consolidation and retirement of fragmented legacy allocation and distribution processes.
- Promote automation, advanced analytics, AI-enabled decision support, and business-user configurability.
Data, Analytics & Executive Reporting
- Oversee allocation analytics, operational dashboards, executive scorecards, and KPI reporting routines.
- Use predictive analytics, forecasting, and scenario planning to improve allocation effectiveness.
- Ensure data integrity, reporting clarity, and transparency into allocation outcomes and business performance.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
People Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Build and lead a high-performing Vehicle Allocation & Distribution organization.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to remove barriers, align priorities, and accelerate execution.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of progressive automotive industry experience.
- 7+ years of leadership experience managing teams and complex business operations.
- Extensive knowledge of vehicle ordering, allocation, inventory management, production planning, supply chain, and dealer operations.
- Proven experience leading large-scale business transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical, financial, strategic decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced business degree.
- Experience leading enterprise technology or operating model transformation programs.
