Requisition Summary

Digital Services Specialist role is responsible for building and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of Peterbilt's customer hierarchy data within all PACCAR CRM systems, while aiding in the development and testing of new platforms. They will also be responsible for loading and managing marketing program details within the Sales Tool, generating ad-hoc reports, supporting the Digital Marketing Manager, and developing training materials for new system implementations

Job Responsibilities
  • Salesforce Customer & Sales Pipeline Data Stewardship- Partner with stakeholders to identify business challenges, gather requirements, and document functional specifications, while also extracting, cleaning, and analyzing data to generate actionable business insights.
  • Maintain/Review Customer Accounts/Hierarchy- Maintain and update customer hierarchy data to ensure accuracy and consistency across all systems, review and process new customer name requests, monitor and improve data quality, perform mass data updates, and manage regular system audits.
  • Maintain Data within CRM Dynamics- Maintain user access through roles, profiles, and permissions; manage customer information, promotions, and freight pricing data; and maintain system documentation, user manuals, and process flow diagrams.
  • Salesforce CRM Development- Assist in the creation, customization, and ongoing enhancement of the Salesforce Sales CRM platform to improve sales processes and data management, including custom objects, workflow rules, validation rules, and automation.
  • Training Development and Delivery- Develop test cases and comprehensive training materials, coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deliver end-user training and support to ensure successful adoption.
  • Support Digital Services Manager- Support the Digital Services Manager in day-to-day operations by assisting with data analysis, Salesforce administration, and data management activities.
  • Salesforce Reporting: Analyze, validate, and distribute data for Salesforce and Dynamics while designing, building, and maintaining advanced reports and dashboards that support cross-functional teams.
  • Provide User Support for General Salesforce and Sales Tool- Assist internal and external users with login issues, troubleshooting, general Salesforce questions as well as transferring of quotes, creation of dealer codes, and audits of personnel
  • Up to 10% travel can be expected.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
