About the Role

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in supporting creative content production, serving as a key partner within a fast-paced ecosystem. You will oversee the intake, review, and approval of hundreds of assets submitted for promotional use, directly influencing the quality and compliance of content seen by a global audience. This position is perfect for someone who thrives under pressure, maintains the highest levels of professionalism, and possesses a keen eye for detail, ensuring every asset meets stringent standards and aligns with creative vision.

Responsibilities



  • Manage the complete asset lifecycle for content creators, from initial request through reviews, approvals, final handoff, and archiving.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, expertly managing all communications with content creators.
  • Coordinate and collaborate seamlessly with various cross-functional teams to ensure accurate details and crystal-clear communication throughout the production process.
  • Efficiently receive and meticulously organize digital assets within the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform.
  • Rigorously assess assets for policy compliance, technical specifications, and alignment with creative briefs.
  • Proactively escalate assets requiring specific clearances to relevant teams.
  • Maintain comprehensive trackers, ensuring the accuracy of statuses, notes, and linked resources.


What You'll Bring



  • 3-5 years of dedicated experience in Digital Asset Management.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster and maintain valuable one-on-one relationships with content creators.
  • Extensive experience with large-scale creative production or promotional artwork management.
  • Proven ability to manage large volumes of creative assets across their entire lifecycle.
  • A keen eye for detail and strong familiarity with digital asset specifications, design concepts, terminology, and style guides.
  • Hands-on experience working with raster images, video, 2D/3D graphics, and audio files.
  • A track record of being highly organized and exceptionally detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Airtable.
  • Proven record of successful partnership and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to meet demanding deadlines while skillfully balancing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excels at being self-motivated, resourceful, and results-driven with a creative problem-solving mindset.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and workflows, coupled with a proactive approach to integrating emerging technologies to improve production efficiency and creative output.
  • A deep understanding and passion for technology, applications, and interactive entertainment.
