We're looking for a Senior Manager of Pricing & Monetization Strategy to join our Corporate Strategy team. In this role, you'll build the analytical and evidentiary foundation underneath our pricing, packaging, and monetization decisions across the full Procore portfolio - including our emerging AI offerings. The primary goal of this role is to turn ambiguous commercial questions into rigorous, defensible recommendations that hold up under executive scrutiny, and to make sure every number that reaches a leadership review is sourced, calculated, or explicitly flagged as an assumption - never blurred. As a Senior Manager of Pricing & Monetization Strategy, you'll partner with Product, GTM, Sales and Deal Desk teams to align cross-functional strategy with execution. Use your structured problem-solving, hands-on modeling fluency, and executive communication skills to drive high-impact monetization strategies across global markets. Base Pay Range: 144,000.00 - 198,000.00 USD AnnualThis role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
